Staff not exactly unfriendly, but in no way welcoming. Seemed absolutely uninterested in customers.

because of the heat we had to open door and window to have some fresh air, men there was so much noise then that we nearly couldn´t sleep. I have been at the hotel twice before but there was no heat at that time, so I recommend aircodition

Easy acces to public transportation

staff was helpless for everything, they only sorry things my TV never worked...!!!

Connecting your laptop is very expansive 8EUR for 1 hour and 13 EUR for a 24 hours access (In Potsdamer Platz there are coffee shops with a free wifi); a parking place costs 9 EUR per day

The room was very nice and clean. The pictures on the website could represent the hotel better. Especially the ones of the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff (in the reception) was of mixed attitude. Some of them not very friendly. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and good.

Hotel is OK considering the price and the fact that a super buffet breakfast is included. Rooms are simple but one has all, including TV, small private kitchen and even a hair dryer and safe. Location of hotel is not so special, but this is Berlin and so I think its OK.
