Very good Hotel and the accomodation (we stayed in a two room apartment) is very convenient for a family. The only comment is that the Hotel should consider a total NO Smoking policy for the future. I asked for a non smoking accomodation and they gave me at first a smoking one and it took a while to get the Non Smoking...

The main electricity of my room went out suddently. They didn't find the engineer to fix it. And I had to live with candles for one night.

Fairly modern building, nice room ambience.

Clueless staff, mostly consists of students. We had 40 min fire alarm and no one knew how to turn it off. Staff was largely incompetent and not overly friendly.

Well organised hotel, efficient and friendly staff, good location close to city centre. I would recommend this Hotel for a first time visitor to Berlin due to it's location in relation to main areas of interest and ease of access by car.

Not so keen on the swipe card operation of the lift!

Loved this place, we were very lucky and were upgraded to a one bed rather than the studio. It was fantastically designed - excellent to have a kitchen so we could make our own breakfast (they even had a cafetiere for fresh coffee). Very comfortable bed. Lovely, lovely pool and sauna which was very quiet. Nice bar to have a quiet drink on the way out or back.

A little bit out of town down by Checkpoint charlie, not loads of restaurants and no bars nearby. However it was just a short walk into town and all the fantastic christmas markets. Highly recommended and great value.

Good location - about 5 min walk from the Gendarmenmarkt, about 250m from the next underground station. Room was very well equipped. No traffic noise but the courtyard can be quite noisy.

We had a room on the ground floor which was almost fully visible from the courtyard. So no privacy unless the curtains are closed which feels quite claustrophobic. Staff once came in without knocking (during the day). Cleaning staff starts pretty early (8:30), so if you are there for leisure you should put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door.

My partner and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Adina Berlin - this hotel is fantastic! The room was very spacious and very clean. It has everything you could possibly want in a hotel room - great shower, very very comfy bed, massive wardrobe, 2 flat screen TVs, a living area, a kitchen - including oven, fridge freezer and microwave, a washing machine and dryer, hairdryer etc. etc. etc. It is perfect. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym is brilliant too. We didn't want to leave the hotel! The staff were extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - about 2 minutes walk from Checkpoint charlie. And we got it all very cheaply...

The only quarm I have was the attitude of one of the waitresses when we came down for brunch on Sunday - she reacted as if we'd just run-over her cat.
