I requested for an iron but was not delivered to the room the next day. I picked up the iron myself during the 3rd day at the reception but the ironing board was never delivered to the room until I left. It seems they don't cater special requests.

Very clean and new hotel. I will recommend with early reservation. The room is clean and very silent. No problem with hot water. Very close to subway station and will take around 5 minutes to city centre.
There is no minibar and too small for a double room. The breakfast is not as expected. Thus we went to a bakery just across the street. Bar and the Reception desk is very helpful but we still didn't understand why nobody get the empty glasses we borrowed from the bar..)) For internet you may also check the internet cafe again just across the street if you like to pay just 1 euro per hour instead 5 euro in the hotel..)) But at the end, I would reccomend this hotel since I think you couldn't find this quality to a better price.

This is a new hotel and they were having an opening night party. We were invited to join, although we were a little late for most of it. The room was very clean and efficient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is perfect for spencing the night before an early morning plane. It was just a short U bahn ride to the airport and they let us keep our car in their garage at no additional cost.
The design of the rooms with most of the bathroom except the toilet, in the main room makes it hard for one to use the bathroom without disturbing the other party. I'm not sure how much space or money was saived by this arrangement.
