Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, kostenloses Internet, ungewöhnliches Design, alles sehr sauber.
Wer ein weiches Bett braucht sollte dieses Hotel meiden. Die Betten haben kein Lattenrost sondern bestehen aus aufs Bettgestell geschraubten Brettern und einer unnachgiebigen Matratze.

Very nice staff that tries to fulfil every wish.
I forgot my wallet in the safe. After a quick call someone mailed it to me. Thanks!
Very close to the SAP office! Walking-distance
Ask for an outside room with view to the water or the city (i had an inner room, which wasnt bad but didnt have the stunning view)
They even had some drinks etc ready for joggers coming back to the hotel.

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Hafencity. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Innenstadt und zum Hafen bzw. Landungsbrücken, das kann man alles gut erlaufen. Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer und super Frühstückbuffet auch wenn das bei diesem Preis sein sollte.
Ich habe nichts zu meckern.

Always nice to stay there! Most rooms look different, very good beds, convenient shower, very quiet. Restaurant and bar, rooms to relax with an iMac-Corner, bike and Mini to be hired, so everything very convenient
Negative this time:
the room had two beds, kind of bunks (German: Kojen, on top of each other, which is not really convenient. I assume that is owned to the special design, which reflects a typical sailor's hostel.
Secondly they didn't took away the towels but didn't provide new ones on two days.
