It is suspected, it has conduced before as a mansion of wealthy people. In 1840, the thermal-water from the Tamina-Canyon was firstly controlled direct into the village by a four km wooden tube. In 1987, the Hotel Tamina was completely new refurbished. The romantic art nouveau was still received. Today, the hotel provides 44 elegantly and comfortably furnished rooms. All guest rooms are equipped with bath or shower, WC, direct dial phone, internet access, clock radio, TV, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, bathrobe and further nice amenities.
