For the Zürich area, the hotel has a reasonable price performance ratio.
The staff at the checkin desk always tried to sell me the room for a different (higher) rate. This is quite annoying. |

Hotel is really OK, especially positive I'd like to mention room & bed size as well as excellent buffet breakfast .
Hotel (esp. rooms) isn't state-of-the-art. Every time discusssion about non-smoking room is boring. I do not understand the price policy: Oscillating from SFR 120 to 285 (SAP rate) plus breakfast. |

Large room, really spacious beds. Excellent breakfast.
When booked a non-smoker-room I do not appreciate to discuss this issue at check-in: We don't have a non-smoker, you have a booked a smoker! (But they solved it eventually).
In a nutshell: For the price the performance is simply not enough. At a distinctly lower rate I would be very satisfied but not at the rates we pay (and still breakfast not included, spa not included, ..) |
