The three-star Hotel St. Josef in the centre of Zurich is a quiet and cosy city hotel, ideal for business people and tourists.

The hotel is in direct vicinity of Zurich's railway station and only a few steps away from the Old Town and the famous Bahnhofstrasse shopping avenue. You can also easily reach theatres, the opera house, ETH and University on foot.

You will surely feel at home in our bright and large rooms (single up to family rooms). All the rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower/WC, safe, refrigerator, electric kettle, internet access and partly kitchenette.

Of course, the hotel is accessible for wheelchair users and some of the rooms also meet the needs of handicapped guests.

This was a really good hotel. We had to change our plan a day before we stay here, and we had to go to Zerich one day earlier than we planed. We tried to find a hotel to stay for the night, but we couldn't find any hotels on that day. I asked a nice lady at the reception whether we could stay for two nights instead of one night, but this hotel was full and we couldn't stay. The receptionist called some other hotels and asked for us and we were able to stay at other hotel. How nice of her. I mean I didn't have good expression of people in Europe, so she was like an angel. We thank her for helping.

The hotel is located very well, really close to Zürich main railway station and tram stop is 1-2 minutes away. Additionally there are lots of good food restaurants 5 minutes away. TV receiver is old fashioned, a 14 inch model, far too small and picture quality is poor. No newspapers available in breakfast room - or I didn't find them.

7~10 minutes from Zurich HB by walk. The Hotel is located center of the coty, so we easily access to the Limmat river, Shopping & Tour spots which is in walking distance from the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Ans as you need card key to enter the hotel and even for elevator, you don't have to worry about the security of the hotel. Hotel was super clean, breakfast is simple but good enough, room is large.... overall very worthy for its price. No aircondotioner in the room. There is a fan but as it was a bit hot in Zurich during my visit, so we had to let the window opened, and as the tram rail was infront of the hotel, so you can hear some tram noise....but except the tram noise, very quiet surrounding, and I didn't have any probelm to fall asleep... :)
