Whether you stay in one of our comfortable modern standard rooms; in one of the special writers rooms with original artwork or the romantic attic which overlooks Zurichs famous Grossmunster cathedral; each of our rooms caters to the needs of all our guests. Start your day in a leisurely way with breakfast from our generous buffet. In the evening relax with a glass of fine wine at our cozy bar. We look forward to your visit. Additional information; Children age 6 and under stay free in the room. Children age 7-12 pay CHF 20 per night. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right without prior notification to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

      I was surprised how quiet the room was although the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone/old town center of Zurich and has a bar on the entry level. I stayed in a "modern standard room" on the 3rd floor. The location of the hotel is definitely it's best asset. I also liked the fact that there were lockers you could use for your luggage on the day you check out if you still want to spend some time in Zurich without dragging around your luggage.

      Internet access a bit clumsy because you have to buy a ticket first and decide, how much time you want to spend connected. Would have preferred "plug and play".
