I did not stay in this hotel for the first time, so there is reason behing coming there again

This time the room was a little bit noisy because it was directed to the street (last time noise was not at all a problem) |

The tub/shower was a great touch. Super value.

Breakfast was a bit expensive at 15 euro. |

very nice rooms, well equiped.
Very nice with the opportunity to make you own coffe/cappuzino/cacao in the room.

very poor bedlinen and inlets (quilts and pillows). Natural fillings (duck- or goosedown) are much more comfortable. Construction of Bedlinen also not too comfortable.
Quilt is too big for one person, and pillow too hard. |

This was the best hotel in which we've stayed in all of Germany and Europe. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The standard (queen) room was ample with space, well designed and lighted, bathroom was also. We did not take advantage of any food/beverage or use the sports/wellness facilities. We will stay at this property again and consider Novotel should they be available in future destinations.

| Excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and it is one of the few with sauna and swimming facilities in Wurzburg! |
