Food in restaurant and breakfast buffet excellent.
Extraordinarily polite and attentive staff in restaurant & bar.
Room was definitely too cold & noisy.
Inconvenient parking garage.
Terrible traffic & unclear directions, even with navigation system (not the hotel's fault, obviously the municipality created the mess).
Despite being polite, staff speaks strange mumbling local accent. Note I am native German speaker. |

Free Internet is good for me.
Wireless LAN is a bit slow compare to general wired LAN, but acceptable. |

Very nice staff
After the first day, the TV Guide mysteriously vanished and the TV Remote had a range of 50cms due to poor batteries. |

The hotel is pretty cheap for its performance. The issue is the constante feeling, that it has seen better days.
The hotel is not as expected from a 4 star hotel. |
