Daytime staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was also very clean and had plenty of space
Overall a positive experience.
Our room, #154 was on the street side and every morning we were awakened between 05.00 and 06.00 by the garbage removal directly under our window. And it was very noisy. As there was no air conditioning, we wanted to keep the windows open, but the traffic noise and the garbage removal made this impossible.
The evening staff were not very friendly. We felt that we were imposing by asking for a nightcap in the evening before going to our room.
The glasses we used in the room for water etc were not replaced every day, but were left unwashed.
