Staff friendly and helpful
bathroom clean
non-smoking hotel is a very good idea

room: tiny, no space for luggage of two, no second chair, so one had to sit on the bed
carpet in room: stained and yukky
bathroom: clean but shower-pipe too short, shower could not be used without flooding the room
noise: was quite interesting to listen to the TV progammes next door
internet: connection in the room other than promised, very weak signal, connection breaking after a few minutes, reconnection not always possible
This hotel is highly exaggerating when they describe themselves as: "the hotel provides guests with excellent facilities and high standards of service expected from a top class city hotel." I at least expect a functioning shower, a clean carpet, enough space to sit, enough space for my suitcase, and uninterrupted wireless internet if it is part of the facilities advertised. |

Absoutely nothing

Best Western should be ashamed to have this hotel as part of their chain. We went through 3 rooms before I found one that I was prepared to stay in. The first room was the smallest, dingiest, smelliest room I have ever been in in a hotel. The second room was not cleaned - it was distusting. We were finally put in the beswt suite in the hotel - which was just about acceptable. |
