Gasthaus Zur Eiche is located in Sauernheim, a district of the town of Windsbach in the Franconian lake district, next to the idyllic Karpfenradweg bicycle path. Over the years, we have continually modernised our family business with a lot of devotion to detail and have thus created a successful mixture of rural cosiness, a family-friendly ambience, modern guestrooms and the best of Franconian cuisine. We offer 3 double rooms and 1 family room, all equipped with shower and toilet, TV, telephone, radio and desk. All guestrooms have an individual theme and therefore bear an appropriate Franconian name.

In our restaurant, we spoil you with seasonal asparagus and carp dishes. We furthermore serve the most popular Franconian and Bavarian specialities. During summertime, our sunny beer garden invites you to relax and linger.

Our ballroom with 124 seats is ideal for your weddings, birthday parties, baptisms, anniversaries and all kinds of other celebrations. If you are looking for some relaxation, we warmly recommend our sauna. Last but not least, we also have something to offer for our youngest guests. They will definitely enjoy our adventure playground and the children's corner.
