 Very nice Gasthof with very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay in peaceful Linden and used our car to go to the old town of Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber. It was so peaceful that I even went out for a "jog" following the roads and the wheat fields. The kids enjoyed the room and breakfast.

The hotel is neither better nor worse as the description, it is simply other, because at the moment only the guesthouse is open and the description seems to correspond to the main building, being in restauration I was told.

No one at hotel when we arrived. Key left on door with no directions to room. Credit card payment issues still unresolved. |

The hotel was very quiet, very comfortable and very clean with exceptional parking available and only ten minutes from Rothenburg centre. The beds, pillows and doona made me in particular think that I was sleeping in clouds.
We believe that kitchen facilities would enhance this guest-house as it is primarily unattended and in a town with no shopping and few if any eating facilities. As with a number of places we have stayed, wireless internet availability would be desirable. Also other than German language channels on the TV would be helpful. |

| When we arrived at the hotel we were advised that they only recieved our booking one week ago due to a server problem and they were all booked out. They had however made reservations for us at a similar hotel at a similar cost, which was very much appreciated. |
