hotel was in agood location for visiting, Marwell zoo, which was the pupose of our visit.
The look and feel to the hotel was bright and spacious,nice feel to the place. the staff were freindly and helpfull, and seemed to genuinly be interested in in makeing your stay a happy one.
The room its self was slightly disapointing, mainly, two singal beds pushed together, to make our double which did make for a uncomfy night, ans the pillows we were only suplied with two very thin ones between us, I do appreiciate we could of requested more but just felt, that most people use at least two each. The other point id like to make was that the food in the on site resturant was perhaps a little to fancy for people with simpler tastes, so may be a seperate menue or just a few simpler dishes would have been gr8.){kind=link}
