Nice service and assistance. We had the family room with three adults and two small children. All was very good organized. The 'key-dispenser' in the garage is a very nice tool for late nioght arrivals. None.

Great room, nice design, extremely comfortable and cosy. Garage free, breakfast really really good...!!!! Staff was so sweet and helpful! I would recommend this hotel with no doubts. If you are planning to visit Heildelberg and have a car, it is worthwhile!!!We were on a 10 day trip and this was the best hotel we stayed at and.... the cheapest!!! No negative points at all

Upon arrival at the hotel location, I discovered that there was no parking nearby for registration. The hotel was closed and not available for registration. The registration office on the second floor was locked shut. My wife and I arrived at the location at about 13:30 hours. I was unable to stay there and had to search for other another hotel. I would have liked to have been informed of the hotel closure.

The hotel was verey nice and has an excellent breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again if a stay is needed in the area.

Nice room, nice hotel, small, 'familiar'. No WLAN My room was noisy. Maybe not all rooms are so noisy, but my one (31) had a balkon in direction of main street (traffic circle).

Perfect location for attending meetings at SAP. The town center of Wiesloch is good for shopping.
