I changed the room immediately upon arrival because the first bedroom was too cold. This was accomplished with no problem whatsoever.
The beds in this hotel are wonderfully comfortable. How many times do you read that about any hotel beds anywhere in the world?
Tiny bathroom but good shower, lots of hot water and good water pressure.
Breakfast is terrific. You can choose from three different way to have your eggs cooked, for instance, which is very unusual.
Good location - only a couple of minutes walk from the shopping/pedestrian district, yet also much easier to park than at other hotels in Wiesbaden.
Very Friendly smiling and cheerful staff.

The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, in my life.
Slightly further out from shopping zone than I thought it would be. Only one chair in room. |

Our stay was problem free. All of the staff were courteous and helpful.
The hotel has no parking of its own. It would have been helpful to have had some information about parking before arrival. |

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. Great staff and wonderful breakfast. Will be sure to stay here again when we return.
