The cultivated cuisine has been tradition for 4 generations. Specialities of our house are venison meals, which are prepared by the owner and chef: Markus Reckers. On Sunday our Restaurant has day of rest.

Welcome to the “Hotel Ickhorn”! We are situated in the centre of Werne, an adorable city in the green nature and with a historic city centre. Our hotel has been a family property for 80 years and offers therefore tradition, experience and friendliness. We look forward to your visit! We provide 23 rooms which are equipped with a shower, hair dryer, TV, telephone, mini-bar, safe and Internet connection. On request, we also have non-smoking rooms available. A good middle-class restaurant with a cosy tavern is integrated in our hotel. In the morning we serve our extensive breakfast until 10:00 a.m. and at midday you can choose from our daily changing meals. During the day you can go on trips and let yourself get pampered in the evening after an eventful day. |

Our traditional hotel enjoys a central location in “Herbern” which is a district of “Ascheberg”, a town in the southern part of the “Münsterland”.
The 19 individually furnished rooms are easily accessible by our lift. There are single, double and triple rooms available. All the rooms provide a bathroom with shower and toilet, phone, TV and mini-bar. We do not only offer accommodation but we also provide rooms for various occasions and with capacity for up to 90 people.
For our guests we offer a shuttle service to our restaurant “Zum letzten Wolf” which is about 3 km away.
Our hotel is suitable for weekend travellers and for business stays. Here you can discover the landscape, the history and the cultural sights of the”Münsterland”. In a few kilometres distance you will find the famous moated castles “Vischering” and “Nordkirchen”. In the proximity of the hotel there is also an 18-hole golf course. The surroundings are also ideal for biking enthusiasts. |
