Our Hotel Frohe Aussicht boasts a secluded location amidst the mountain scenery of the Alpstein, which is the best holiday destination for walking tours in east Switzerland. The hotel lends itself to be the ultimate relaxing getaway from the cares of everyday life.
For 5 generations we have been accommodating guests with lavish hospitality. Already our great-grandfather was concerned about the well-being of our guests and wanted to ensure they have everything they need during their stay. Do you want to make part of this tradition? We are therefore obliged to fulfil your wishes and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We invite you cordially in the cosy restaurant. The large panoramic windows with unique views impress you like precious paintings and distract you from the delicious menus or just the other way round. Our garden provides the chance to take in the splendid views and to enjoy the fresh mountain air as the hotel is set 850 m high above the sea.
The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
