Turn left at the traffic light (junction) in Auer and then turn right again after the sign 'Weinböhla' and you will reach the Forststraße road where our hotel is located. Staff certainly were friendly and professional, but you had to find them first!
Location is very quiet.
Sufficient parking spaces.
Our room, whilst clean and adequately furnished, did not rate as four star with us; in fact, we could have been in any standard American motel room: comfortable but soulless, no nice personal touches.
We repeatedly had to search for staff at breakfast and at dinner, either to alert them to the fact that we wished to eat at their restaurant, or we needed a bit more coffee... We felt there was an issue of under-staffing going on.
