The location was great, right above the mall and close to the three bordering countries. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices and variety, one of the better breakfasts, free parking and free room upgrade!
After parking the car in the garage, it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel reception as many other patrons have pointed out! There were signs pointing to the hotel from the elevators but the signs disappear midway so we were wandering around the shopping mall asking for directions.
Bed was TOO soft.
Water pump in the bathroom was making noises (not enough water pressure?) when trying to flush the WC and while taking shower.
TV was placed in a weird angle, you would have to strain your neck and turn to the sides in order to watch TV from the bed.
Based on the very basic amenities in the room, it was more of a 3 star rating rather than a 4 star as advertised.
