Converted to a luxury town house and restaurant in 2000, it is situated in its own private grounds yet only 8 minute walk from the city centre. The emphasis is on hospitality, good food, and wine. Failure to cancel reservation 48 hours prior to arrival will result in 1 nights room plus tax being charged to credit card if the reservation is for 1-3 nights, if for more than 3 nights then the first 3 nights will be charged to credit card. For July 1 - July 30, must cancel reservation 30 days prior to arrival and failure to cancel with guidelines result in entire stay billed. Deposit for full amount of stay for individuals is due 48 hours prior to arrival and for groups is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards are accepted for deposit and gets charged 2 days prior to arrival.
