When we arrived our son's bed was not ready and although I had called earlier to ask for a baby bed, it was not ready. The room was obviousely to narrow for the 4 of us but we did not received a bigger one. The TV was not working. The fridge was locked with no key. When somebody came to open it, it appeared it did not work. The personal in the rooms was not especially friendly.

Hotel has a great location, just steps from airport bus 175 stop. Room 3020 had a good view of the city, was quiet, well ventilated and well laid out. staff across hotel were friendly, knowledgable and organised. Thank you not a real negative but at night as hotel is so quiet, i heard noises from elevators but not enough to disturb

modern design nice view perfect position (close to public bus to the airport, close to shopping area and city center) nice atmosphere in the main hall (live music every morning and every night) too expensive being a 4 star

Very friendly personnel Quite noisy if room is facing the busy street (facing Culture Palace). But with closed window it is no problem.
