This was not the first time we had stayed at the Fir Grove Hotel, so we knew what to expect. The room was clean, quiet and good value for money when booking through TravelRes. Choice of breakfast was good and staff were helpful and friendly. There was a wedding reception and disco on the evening of our stay, but there was no sound of the entertainment audible in our room.

The Hotel does not have a lot of character and is remenicient of its construction date probably 1970's but has been updated during the intervening period.
