The physical amenities are very comfortable and the room we had was spotlessly clean.
The catering is rather on a "mass catering" basis and we were disappointed to be told that the only real Dinner choice in the "Bistro" was a self-service buffet. The food on the menu card was largely unavailable so a hoped for quiet dinner in the Bistro turned out to be a self-service buffet. Also, the Bistro staff were very inattentive - they forgot to bring our wine and seemed more interested in clearing the place up at 9pm, against a 10pm closing time, than serving us.
