Hotel is nice and clean. THe staff is very gentle and skilled to make you in the better condition during your stay
The bedroom is really nice but the bed is not confortable enough. New pillow would improve this feeling. |

Staff, as usual, is friendly and ready to help you for any need you might have.
Not really a negative but just a suggestion: to have available some pillows in lattex or anyway less soft than those with feathers they have in the rooms. |

Several restaurants & downtown Walldorf within walking distance; probably one of the closest hotels to the SAP office; free internet; LCD TV; nicely updated
A little bit too expensive, but I guess due to the location they can demand it. |

The hotel has been recently upgraded and looks very nice! New carpets, painting, etc. Staff is always very friendly.

Bed was firm and very comfortable. Room was in a quiet corner as requested. Breakfast was of good quality and selection.
There doesn't seem to be enough water pressure in the toilet and after flushing the WC, the water is filling up for a long time making a lot of noise. |

The hotel has a thai restaurant serving decent meals. The restaurant closes at 11PM and the adjacent bar closes at 1AM so this was practical.
Quality of the breakfast has dropped compared to 5 years ago. Rooms are not soundproof and neighbours can be heard. |

With the addition of the Thai restaurant, the Ambiente is clearly the best choice for business travelers (especially for SAP employees).

| the hotel was fully booked and a room had a problem and they assigned my room to other guest. I had to move to Hotel Ramada Hochenheim. |

Hotel well located, with a big underground garage. Rooms are clean and look new. They're also quite. Having a fitness room is also a big plus. What else could we ask from a 3stars hotel in Walldorf?
