 Rooms have bad soundproof. it's ok when the hotel is not buisy but if it is buisy it could be difficult. Example: the rooms door are literraly made out of paper !

I have stayed here many times for business and the hotel staff is great. They makes you feel very comfortable even for an english only speaker like myself. The breakfast is very good and it is nice to eat breakfast outside when the weather is nice.

Very nice hotel for business trip. Quiet during the night. Good Breakfast! Free parking! Close to SAP Walldorf or Rot.
The internet connection is not free and even if you pay for it, in some rooms the WI-FI is very bad. |

| The pictures and hotel descriptions are very misleading. This was one of the worst hotels I have been in for years.
Large areas of the hotel(including lobby and restaurant area) were under construction. When arriving at 7pm the restaurant was closed and there was no room service available at all.
Right next to the hotel was a building site where work started early, which gave a lot of noise.
The room heating was centralized and the room had no heating/cooling switch or airconditioning switch. During the night it was very hot in my room and the only option was to open the windows. My room however was 2 meters from a busy road so that was not really an option.
The mini bar in the room contained no drinks or food, only a bottle of mineral water and apple juice. When asked about this I was told that drinks were available in the hotel bar. |

Although it was not possible to do ironing in the room, the problem was solved.
Bathroom was renewed, but there were scale in the shower area.
Remote control was not proper. |

Friendly, professional staff at the reception. Very good service and people during breakfast. Nice choice od tees in the breakfast menu (you do not have it always in Germany).
Free WLAN is still missing but it is not so much important. |

The staff was very nice & arranged for transit to Frankfurt Airport.
Inspite of specifying for a non-smoker room, I was given a smoker room. |

Very nice staff.
22 Euro per 24 hours for wireless internet is much too expensive. It's almost half as much as I pay per day for the room. This really should be addressed to properly serve business travelers. |

The restaurant and the personal from restaurant was very competent and it create you a environment where you can enjoy the dinner
