The hotel is walking distance from the SAP Headquarters and offers a complementary shuttle.

Staff was very helpful, room was very clean.
Several times I went to the outdoor pool to find it covered and closed. The room to the indoor pool was locked at times during times when it should have been open. |

The location is perfect for business.
The service of the hotel is far below the expectation for a four-star hotel. The Intenet access is extremely expensive. I cannot believe that SAP doesn't have a rate for the Internet access. It's 20 Euros per day...
The staff are not always friendly and seem not interested in your staying there. |

Quiet and convenient to SAP Walldorf offices
Room furnishings could use some modernization (furnishings, tv) - regular rooms don't have a desk. The air always seems slightly smoky in the nonsmoking rooms. |
