 Staff reacted immediately on noise issue and offered alternative room (which unfortunately was on the side of the highway).
 Airconditioning made lots of noise, although it was switched off. Alternative room was towards the highway with limited soundproof |

Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Nice and fresh breakfast (fruit ...) if no group is coming at the same time as you... Team members are nice and helpfull. My Club Room was nice and clean.
Very bad smell and sticky (hot) atmosphere in the lobby and corridors. The sauna is never turned on, you must ask the reception for it and it need 45 minutes to be ready... don't be latte. The fitness room is not interesting at all. |

Reserved a single room en got a nice double room. Best was the pool available outside, for a short relaxing swimm after work

The internal swimming ppol is always welcome and the reason why I chose this hotel
I have been both disturb by the light pollution and from a sustainable point of view : over 10 of them around the swimming pool all night long even @ 5.30 in the morning by full day light! From a sustainable point of I cannot accept it.
The smell in the hall at arrival was disgusting I beleive the heat ( 36]C ) made all smoke smell come it was unbearable. Later on during the week was better. |

The draps at the windows are not efficient enough : the daylight is in the room very soon. |

| In the room, the room service is announced until 11 p.m., at the reception, they announce 10.30 for the restaurant and 1 a.m. for the bar, and at the end, it's only possible to eat some pizzas (bad quality) on the bar after 10 p.m.
Very disappointed. |

They offers a good CLUB room for frequent customers like me. I like the CLUB room.
Somehow I feel they need to improve the customer care...I feel they took the customers as granted. Their phone system got broken for a couple of days and seems they are not in such a hurry to fix it. |

Shuttle service needs to be more in the morning (maybe 2 times at least). Beds can be bigger - the comforter on bed was smaller than the bed !!! |

The hotel is walking distance from the SAP Headquarters and offers a complementary shuttle.
The rooms are rather noise and the staff are not very helpful, unless they are tipped. |
