 Breakfast is excellent.
 Staff has an issue this morning with Credit Card terminal device and they have copy my Credit Card to invoice the room afterwards without asking me first! I would have say yes of course if I was asked!!! I think this is really unpolite and not very good as an image. |

Good location in terms of places to eat and shop. Good overall service. Very good restuarant and breakfast.
WI-FI was not very reliable. I only got on once the whole week. The bedding was strange to me. My expectation would have been regular sheets and blankets. Otherwise the mattress was okay. |

Staff was friendly and provided iron and full-size ironing board. Good food at restaurant (dinner).
Bed mattress was worn-out and too soft - not enough support and sagged in the middle. |

Breakfast buffet was great.
Room was quiet and private with a great view.
Nice workstation & TV.
Only had wireless internet and the service was not consistent in my room. Sometimes it worked well, other times not at all and I would have to go down the hall. That was frustrating when trying to catch-up on work. Also, no racks in the shower for personal items. I went to checkout the fitness area, but it was darked and locked during hours it should have been open. |

Food both breakfirst and dinner (Thai) are really good.
Some staff were really friendly but some were rude.
Unable to use Wireless LAN in my room is really, really inconvenient. |
