Very clean, neat and friendly. Great breakfast and good price. Fantastic Thai food in restaurant, too!
Room needs updating (style) and airconditioning (esp for summmer months). Wireless was a little weak at times so connection was lost here and there. |

Very nice, quiet hotel, near the town center and close to SAP offices. Nice tidy room with all the needed stuff. Good relax room not too equiped but still nice. Delicious food with good variety.

This hotel seems to be newly renovated. Thai restaurant is a definate plus as well. Staff was helpful and always available even on weekends.

very polite staff, shuttle to SAP is great
- should have shuttles later than 17.25 (as the work day at SAP is until 18.00 ! )
- the air freshener smell in the 2nd floor hallway was sickening |

Always a pleasure to stay in the AMBIENTE. Very good Thai restaurant...outstanding breakfast....new LCD TV's in the rooms and free internet connection...

Hotel is nice and clean. THe staff is very gentle and skilled to make you in the better condition during your stay
The bedroom is really nice but the bed is not confortable enough. New pillow would improve this feeling. |

Staff, as usual, is friendly and ready to help you for any need you might have.
Not really a negative but just a suggestion: to have available some pillows in lattex or anyway less soft than those with feathers they have in the rooms. |

The hotel has been recently upgraded and looks very nice! New carpets, painting, etc. Staff is always very friendly.
