The pillows were either lumpy or flat. Had to use 2 pillows but still could not get comfortable.

Frühstück Alte Einrichtung. Im Novotel gibt es etwas mehr für das gleiche Geld.

None Extremely unhelpful and unfriendly front desk staff on duty during the evening shift of 2 August 2008. They appeared to be annoyed by any question given them. Also, I was "upgraded" to a "better" room for an additional 30 Euro, and the air conditioning diod not work in the room. I couldn't even get help to charge my cell phone. Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel.
