Very convenient. They offered to pick me up at the airport, though I had a car so did not test this service. A little noisy as guests get up very early to catch flights and so you can hear plumbing, doors slamming etc, which is natural at an airport hotel I suppose.
If I had not called the hotel I doubt they would have saved my reservation, as I arrived late. I gave my credit card details once on hotel.info, a second time by phone to the hotel, and then had to give my card at the reception on checking out. Oh, and the lady who answered the phone and who was at the reception was particularly unfriendly.
