Reasonable location, relatively close to downtown.
Poor A/C in the room (hot). Not fully "no smoking" room due to incoming cigarette smoke from ventilation/window. |

Very nice Hotel. The lottery was worth trying. All Mercure Hotels are at the center and good to reach.
We could use the CAT Train and have a little Walk to the Mercure Hotel.
Even though non-smoker ordered, the whole floor smelled like it. But not the rooms thought. |

Excellent hotel. We are airline staff that travel a lot, but this hotel has by far been ONE OF THE BEST we have stayed at. The hotel reception staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Great location, great rooms, ABSOLUTELY GREAT BREAKFAST!!! Good healthy choice of food, there is something for everybody. Absolutely impressed with this hotel, therfore HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!! GREAT JOB HOTEL AM KONZERTHAUS: KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
None.......Those that do complain about this hotel probably complain about EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING!! |

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise comparing to the price paid.
The staff was very welcoming and always explaining and ready to help.
They allowed us a late checkout because of a late flight with no charge.
I would definitely return to this
The only negative comment was that the original room was with 2 separate beds, but they switched rooms at the second night.
This can also be caused by a problem in ordering the room from the site, maybe because of my error or because the site did not mention such an option (i do not recall such an option when booking). |
