Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and breakfast was nice and fresh.

Pension is on 1st floor of a residential building - a converted large apartment. 4 star is the name and not the quality rating. I was looking for a cosy business accomodation and I got a hostel accomodation. As a student I stayed in nicer places paying €5 to €10.

Very friendly owner, who tries to accomodate their guests acording to their needs; clean room; family atmosphere The hotel was hard to access Sunday at 9 p.m. (key box without enough lighting was hard to open, at least for me), no visible signs that lead the way to the hotel entrance, lobby not manned at 7 a.m. in the morning and in the evening; no breakfast before 7.30 a.m. unless specifically requested (but then NO problem); could not be contacted by phone in my hotel room as phone number given to the caller to contact me directly in my room was wrong, and there was no help at the desk available.

great value, best bath we have found in europe. v pleasant staff and enjoyable stay and only 1 stop from the westbanhoff station for those departing vienna. for those arriving from the sudbanhoff - ignore the tourist information advice from the station and travel by uban and not by bus as advised.
