 staff were friendly though
 With the double-glazing it is very sound proof when the window is closed, but also way too stuffy and causes head aches by the time you wake up. There is not enough ventilation in the room. And the shower clogged up and did not drain properly after about 30 seconds in the shower |

Very good situated near the Westbahnhof. Nice neighborhood for shopping and eating. Good public transport (streetcar, U-Bahn)

| 1. This Hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. It is highly overrated. At best it is a 3 star.
2. The rooms are VERY, VERY small, it looks like a transit hotel.
3.Please review your position on the stars raiting, it is not the first time that I book a 4 star Hotel and get to spend the night in a 2 - 3 Star Hotel.By the way the price I pay is for a 4 star Hotel ! |

| I hate that a 4 star Hotel like this, does provide free Internet access to its customers. You have to pay for Internet access eigther for 1 hour 1.5 Euro or for 24 hours 19 Euros. |

| Very pleasant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Only difficulty was finding it from the train station. The hotel is very near the train station but not directly connected to it. The directions posted in the train station by the hotel were not really sufficient in my opinion. However, after wandering around a bit I found it. |

| The Hotel is perfectly situated - its nice and clean - I can recommend it truly if you wonna be near to the main shopping areas. |
