Good breakfast, due to not availiability of the single room better room for 4 people was offered for 3 nights;
No parking dedicated to the hotel guests (vs the description); had to change the room for 1 night (as bigger room was needed); it was too cold in the room and especially in the toilets as there is no heating; I wanted to check if I can stay 1 night less vs planned - was unable to catch anybody at the reception 3 days in a row.
