The rooms were quite clean. Though the location was not central, it was close to the subway station, from where it was possible to get to the city centre in about 20 minutes. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
My only real complaint was that the rooms were smaller than anticipated. The single room particularly feels a little cramped. |

Very clean and comfortable room with an inexpensive room rate. Front staff is effective and accessive.
Even though it is described as close to the city center, we have to walk a few big blocks on the main street and walk 3 blocks on upslope side road. When we have large luggage, it is a bit far and the side road is not a commercial area so it was dark at night. I may feel uncomfortable if I, a woman, walk on the street alone after 10:00 p.m. |

Very nice inexpensive hotel. Convenient location with tram stop toward city center only a couple of minutes away.

Excellent value for money! Location just outside centre but easily accessible by underground. Excellent breakfast. For a budget stay in Vienna would highly recommend.
