The hotel is 3.5 km to downtown not 2 km.
The reception desk staff - Sabrina - was rude while checking out. She told me to slow down a bit while the only thing I told her was that I would like to check out!!!! She was rude.
The bathroom of the bedroom was not very clean. I saw hair around the bathtub as well as on the floor. |

Very nice hotel for both leisure and business.it takes you about 7mins by foot from the U6 station Alser Str. The room is very clean, stuff were very helpful when my g/f cut herself accidentally. The breakfast is simply awesome. You can nearly find everything you wanna eat at that time, and the supply comes continously from 6:30 to 10:30. |

The air-conditioner did not work well, as the temperature went up to 30 degree. So I could only open the window, but it was too noisy at the street even at midnight. |

| The only objection to this hotel was the heat in the room. We were not able to open the window (it was blocked) and the heating/cooling system did not work. Everthing else was great. |
