Very nice and professional team.
Good breakfast and nice jogging area.
Hotel rooms have not been renovated since a while (Comparred to the check in area, which is modern). Room devices are also brocken, bath is not practical and seems not to be cleaned correctly since the last guest visit. |

Great location on the donau canal (try getting a room facing the canal), with the U2 you can easily get around town, Prater is about 15 mins walking distance. Downtown is five or six stops with the subway. Staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Great size of rooms
No negatives. You have to be aware that it is not a downtown hotel. |

| Very dirty , a small & dirty lobby for a Hilton hotel , very small bathroom . Never choose again this hotel . This is NOT a Hilton hotel !!! |

Hilton honours breakfast area very nice
I think the fact that half the rooms ovelook a railway and motorway rather detracts (and isn't mentioned)
when I aske dfor a table away from a large noisy the party in the evening, the maitre d' was very clear about how much this irritated him (thogh he did give me a table on the corridor.) |

| Shuttle service was nice if you could get on it. Should run more often in busy times. ie mornings to go to city centre and evening the other way. |

Einrichtung ist im Still der 80ziger. Man müßte dort mal etwas mehr Freundlichkeit reinbringen. |

Room was clean, bar staff friendly and helpful. One reception staff helpful.
Money continuously taken out of credit card without permission. Reported this to staff who said they had corrected the situation only to find out they had not. Asked on numerous occasions to see General Manager and was told this was not possible. Eventually found GM on last day at breakfast, he was more than willing to assist and was totally unaware of the situation. Other guests also stated they were unhappy about money being taken from their credit cards. |

The hotel was very clean and nicely refurbished. The view from the room was beautiful.
The bathroom needs renovation. |
