The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood (near Grinzing), and it was only a minute walk from the tram stop. The room was nice and clean.

very good location, as it easy to reach by metro + tram \ bus
Nice staff, as our claim on broken teakettle was allowed immediately.
we were a little dissapointed with WiFi as the 12-hours card was active during 12 hours since activation, and not during several days. info about it was only in German, so we couldn't understand it properly |

Helpful staff. Good food.
Room was quite small and too hot (need aircon). We did get a fan from Housekeeping but it really was too small. |

The rooms are really small with very small beds. But we could upgrade to an higher room class (Junior siute) as we paid the extra fee of 40 Euro per day. Polite staff and very good breakfast buffet. Nice location. It's like a village or small town by its own. Next to the hotel you have supermarkets and some other shopping places like shoe stores etc.
It is a little bit outside of vienna. You need 30 Minutes by train to reach the city centre of vienna or other sightseeing lokations. |
