Excellent location, friendly staff and very clean room! We had a tiny room but it was everything we needed. We were there for the sights, not the room! No elevator, but this is common in Venice.

The room was very nicely decorated, and I had a private terrace. The location was great, although their website has not been updated with new directions since the Venice boats have been renumbered. There was no elevator, and one of the people staffing reception was very unfriendly. There was also a lot of noice from the room next door, the hallway, and even the front door (five floors down) late at night.

Great Location and cozy room. There is not elevator but personnel were very kind to take lagguage up to the top. We were in a room at the top floor and it was just amazing. very good price value and location

free internet, excellent restaurant on the groud floor, good bathroom and bed, very close to most interesting places no lift, bad view from a window, small room as ussually in Venice
