Hotel Description:

The “Hotel Centrale” is a 3-star hotel located in the centre of Mestre. Every ten minutes, there is a bus connection to Venice.

We offer 99 modern rooms, all with en-suite bathroom, shower, satellite-TV, air-condition and phone.

Every morning we serve a breakfast buffet from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in our restaurant. Close to the hotel, there are many shops and a shopping street. A bar, a pizzeria and a restaurant are located next door.

We provide all our guests a map of Venice and offer free entrance to the “Casino di Venezia”. Every Wednesday and Friday morning, our town market takes place with clothes, flowers and Italian shoes.

Zentral gelegen, zum Übernachten OK keine Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkhaus ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.

While the hotel is farther away from the train station as stated in the webpage, it offers an excellent link via bus to reach Venice. The bus stop to Venice is 50 meters away, and the return bus drops passengers in front of the hotel. We also found the hotel well located in relation to the bus which one can take from the Airport to the train station in Mestre.

Ok overall, nothing memorable. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff at the front desk seemed to have an attitude and were rather unhelpful.

Friendly staff. The quality of breakfast varied. One example: Sometimes sausages were on offer and then the next day nothing at all.
