Parking is NOT FREE. It cost 9 euro per night. So is the breakfast not included and it costs 9 euro per continental breakfast. If you want to get to Venice you have to take bus and then change to another bus and the vaporetto in the end. Train is 2 km from the hotel. Honestly it is FAR from Venice and it's is worth spending 20 more euro on the hotel which is closer and with breakfast

Very good rate price/service. Excellent location for Venice visitors (the bus stop is round the corner, ticket price 1,- Euro). We recommend it. Small minus: the hotel parking lot usage is charged, contrary to description, by 9,- Euro.

Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Kamers schoon, stil en ruim. Airco werkt! Ontbijt niet geweldig. Helaas geen internet.

The bus station is only couple of meters away from the hotel. The bus goes every 10 minutes to the center of Venice, the journy takes approx. 20 minutes and cost you 1,- Euro. Car parking is also available for 9,- Euro/1day As our room was facing the main street, the car noice forced us to keep the bacony door closed all night.
