The Palace Grand Hotel was built in 1904 on a little hill surrounded by a centuries-old park with a view of the Varese Lake and the Alps. It’s located in the centre of Varese (the city of the gardens of Italy) within 25 km from the “Malpensa international” airport of Milan.

It was renovated in 2003 and consists of 112 comfortable rooms equipped with modern amenities for both tourists and business travellers.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Accommodation and food were excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend this hotel and will certainly go back again, hopefully to stay a bit longer next time.

Beautiful spacious room. Wonderful staff at reception, bar and housekeeping. Excellent masseur named Alex. We felt like we stepped back in time and it was a fantastic experience that we will gladly repeat in the near future.
