In the restaurant we serve high-quality cuisine comprising mainly French specialties complemented by wines, which are all carefully selected by our sommelier.

The hotel surroundings are stuffed with places of interest such as the wonderful architecture from the 18^th century of the Place Stanislas which has been declared UNESCO world heritage site, the Art Nouveau district and the 3 unique museums: the Museum of Fine Arts, Lorraine Museum and the museum of the School of Nancy.
