Dark woods and meadows full of flowers are only two aspects of the beautiful, wild landscape. The hotel and the restaurant are a part of the complex ”Ökomarkt Werratal” where is much to explore and discover. We breed our own pigs and cattle, grow our own fruit and vegetables, bake our own bread and brew our own beer, all according to organic principles. In the market we sell our own produce, meat and other organic products. Guestrooms are appointed to a comfortable standard offering single and double accommodation, all with shower and toilet en- suite. All rooms have SAT-TV and telephone. Our chefs prepare menus for your pleasure and indulgence mainly from our own seasonal products. Relax and enjoy your meal in the unique atmosphere of our restaurant. The sauna, the beauty parlour and the physiotherapy in our house care for your well-being. We find it increasingly important to look after your health, your soul and your body.
