| Hello! I made reservation via internet and I received positive reservation with all data. When I came in the evening they said the reservation did not came due to "internet" some mistake. I was transferee in other hotel in other part of town. I can not agree with such explanation. The reservation has been made corectly in time . |

Did not stay at this hotel. At arrival they claimed that they did not have a reservation, even though we all (7 persons)had written confirmations and reservation numbers. No compensation offered, except deportation to another hotel. Very Sad! |

Breakfast delivery to room for 3 euros is a good service.
Very limited evening restaurant choice, not very clear signs to seminar premises (confusion), bed was too soft and seemed to be used for quite some time. Why is there no room-service (other than breakfast delivery to room)?
Additionally: WHY DO THEY HAVE ASH TREYS IN ROOMS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE NON-SMOKING???!!! |

| I was surprised that no room service was offered, no menu in the room.... For this size hotel I would have expected some other restaurant choices than the one and only. |
