only good thing about this hotel is the convenience for accessing Manhattan (via ferry)
We asked for a non-smoking room on a high floor. They put us in a smoking room on the 2nd floor. Two changes later, we finally had a room close to what we wanted. Staff are poorly educated, poorly trained, generally incompetent. When my wife asked for a spoon at breakfast, she was told they didn't have any! When I wanted a taxi to go 10 minutes distance, they ordered a car that cost $40 (I refused and found one on my own for $20).){kind=link}
