Value for money; will definitely stay again, Also have recommended this group of hotels to friends; NH hotel group really provides value for money and quality services. Friendly staff.
Corridors smelt a bit damp but otherwise great hotel. |

The price was very good.The room was very spacious and clean.The facilities were fine in geeral.The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.I did't have breakfast so can't comment on that point, nor did I use the sports facilities.
The hotel could do with a facelift, especially on the outside because when you see it from outside it is not appealing. The rooms ad bathrooms are very dated and could also do with refurbishing. Having said this, the price makes up for the negative points. One can't complain for the price. |

Quiet location. Very nice view if you ask for a room on the Mosel-side. Clean rooms. Very good price for the rooms provided. Good access: just near the autobahn if you travel by car. Also, there's bus stop a 3-min walk away.
Very overpriced breakafst and internet access. You can get a good breakfast at the Ratio supermarket nextdoors for about 4eur. |

| Bathroom was very dirty and looked very old.
A bed in one of the bedroom was broken.
Found a plastic bag in one of the room, which means the room was not properly cleaned. |

Good location if travelling by car - near end of Autobahn. Easy to travel into Trier Centrum by bus, a stop is 100m away. Swimming pool and sauna free of charge. Excellent views from upper floors. Generally helpful staff - some better (much) than others.
Very large busy hotel with many coach parties who clog the lifts at arrival and leaving times - using avoid lifts then or use stairs BUT this is a 14 storey Hotel.
Charge for in room WiFi is very high and surely outdated these days when even cheaper Hotel Chains (Hotel B+B & Premiere Classe)& McDonalds offer it for free.
Breakfast is expensive - go to the cafe in the Ratio Hypermarket next door and get an excellent one for a quarter of the price.
We have stayed here before and will stay again if room price is right. |

Lovely location, excellent food, nice restaurant with a lovely view on the Mosel.
For the price, no complaints. Otherwise, some refurbishing could be done. |

Staff was very helpful-made room available a day early-my wife left her handbag in the dining room accidently!-was turned into the office, and was able to get back the next day-nothing missing.

| The last day the room had a lot of noise during all night.
It's far from the center but the swimming pool and sauna are great.
It's a little difficult the get the hotel by foot. |
