Welcome to the traditional Hotel Zur Post in Ruwer. The lovingly restored building, which used to house the customs facilities and the post, dates back to 1612 and has been family-run for 4 generations now. The privileged location amidst the idyllic valley of the Moselle river and the direct vicinity to the more than 2000-year old town centre ensure you easy access to the various places of interest.

Our 19 spacious rooms, arranged with natural wood furniture, are appointed with shower and toilet. Most of the rooms feature direct dial telephone. On request we provide a room with a balcony or cable TV.

The restaurant in the former post facilities serves German and international specialties as well as hearty dishes from the Moselle region. Savour a wide range of selected wines from the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region in a stylish and traditional atmosphere.

The terrace in the garden is set above the extensive old vault cellar of the former customs facilities. The sunny outdoor terrace provides the chance of alfresco dining in informal surroundings.
