A good clean and friendly hotel. We left a piece of our clothing here and when we returned home to the UK we telephoned and the reception had already had it parceled up ready to send. what service.

Hotel staff is helpful and friendly enough in showing us the relevant information of Triberg
The room is just beside the main road. It is convenient but noisy. Hope to see further improvement on this aspect. |

Hotel is located only on 3rd floor of the building. More obvious directions to the floor will be helpful |

The proprietor was wonderful, very helpful to us as we spoke limited German. She was always pleasant and willingly looked up train and bus connections for us. She moved our room when there were noisy youths outside our window.

We were very happy with this stay. It is perfectly located and the staff/owner were very helpful. We had our young son with us and it was good for him too. The breakfast was fabulous and the price was great.

This was a great hotel at a good price. The staff was about the nicest I have met. The location was also very ideal.

Very helpful staff. Train station about 30 mins walk, towards stadmitte. Think of it as a youth hostel (with ensuite toilet).

| We enjoyed our stay very much. The sound of the stream flowing behind the hotel was ver nice. The hotel manager was friendly and greeted us as if we were old friends. We look forward to staying there again soon. |
